Founded by Rebelscum.com staff member Chris Wyman and Orlando native Campbell Evans in January of 2009, the Star Wars Grand Florida Alliance is a hub for Star Wars fan groups around the state of Florida and a collective of devotees to the Galaxy Far, Far Away. Whether you’re a collector, a costumer, a creator, or you just love the movies or The Clone Wars television series, our goal is to build a bridge to all Florida Star Wars fans. It’s a place for fans (in body or spirit) to commune, network, make friends and appreciate the greatest Saga ever told. All established groups of varying disciplines and interests are invited as well as anybody with a love for Star Wars. 

At present, it consists of the Tampa Star Wars Club, Orlando System, First Coast Scavengers, Treasure Coast Star Wars Club and the South Florida Star Wars Fan Community. We are always looking to add additional groups to the mix. 

We have quarterly socials and meet most months for small gatherings, swap meets and workshops as well as periodic outings that include museums, theater, movies, field days, canoe trips and more. We have had the pleasure of hosting original Darth Vader helmet sculptor Brian Muir for his first ever US autograph signing event, Star Wars actress Orli Shoshan, who played Jedi Master Shaak Ti, and official Lucasfilm artists Tim Proctor, Robert Hendrickson, Vanessa "Banky" Farano & Stephen Hayford in addition to members from the 501st Legion, Rebel Legion and the R2 Builders Club.
